WilMarc’s adult corrugated breathing circuits are PVC-Free, contains no phthalates like DEHP. These circuits are designed to be lightweight and flexible in order decrease kinking. The 22mm corrugated tubing allows gas to freely pass. Configurations include a choice of length of the circuit, masks, gas sampling lines, filters, and breather bags to provide a complete cost-effective kit. All connections are designed to meet ISO standards. Customization is available.

Adult Coaxial Breathing Circuits
WilMarc’s adult coaxial breathing circuits are PVC-Free, contain no phthalates like DEHP. Their design prevents the common problems with added dead space and weight of a circle system. As a result, clutter and disorder are removed from the anesthesia field and ICU bed. The tube within a tube design eliminates twisting between the inspiratory and expiratory limbs. Our Adult Coaxial Breathing circuits provide natural heat and moisture conservation properties. Which is similar to that of a dual-limb circuit. The configurations available include a choice of length of the circuit, masks, gas sampling lines, filters, and breather bags to provide a complete cost-effective kit. Customization is available.

CleanMask™ Anesthesia Masks

WilMarc’s CleanMask™ Anesthesia Masks are free of PVC, BPA and are not made from natural rubber latex. The masks are free of phthalates like DEHP. The odor-free masks come in six color-coded sizes for newborns, infants, toddlers, children, and adults. All masks have hand contours designed for a better grip and seal. A hook ring is included for attachment of the mask and strap. The mask can also be included as part of the customized breathing circuit kit.

Breathing Bags
WilMarc’s latex free breathing bags are free of PVC, BPA and are not made from natural rubber latex. These latex-free bags come in four sizes ranging from .5L up to 3L. They are designed to deliver uniform inflation, that will accommodate all patient needs as well as physician preferences. Our bags can be included as part of the customized breathing circuit kit.

Breathing Circuit Filters
WilMarc’s HME and BV breathing circuit filters come in adult and pediatric sizes plus are PVC-Free. They do not contain phthalates like DEHP and BPA. The bacterial and viral filter helps prevent cross-contamination. As a result, it is efficient to greater than 99.99%. The heat and moisture exchanger filters are designed to trap moisture and reduce moisture build-up. Our filters have a gas sampling port that has a tethered cap. HME and BV breathing circuit filters can be included as part of the customized breathing circuit kit.

Company details
WilMarc designs, manufactures, and markets disposable medical devices with a focus on anesthesia and respiratory products. Our company was created from an unmet need identified by senior management that for close to three decades have been dedicated to manufacturing clean and green components. The philosophy was simple, the needs of the clinician and the direction of industry did not align.

Therefore, for this reason, WilMarc was formed to bring a change in thinking to the disposable medical device market. We specialize in creating high-quality Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Free and Phthalate-Free medical devices designed to exceed expectations of technical and economic performance. Our products are free of any plasticizers, like DEHP and BPA that have been linked to health concerns, and are environmentally safe when disposed of.
