Company details
Wellcare Co., LTD. was established by two sisters, Cindy and Jessica Wu, in 1995. The two sisters were heavily influenced by their late father’s counsel. They took to heart of their father’s guidance, the importance of leading by example, maintaining health and spreading dynamic warmth flow. Therefore, they established “increasing the value of life and creating family happiness” as the company’s original goal with a focus on delivering better life experience through healthcare products and relaxation technologies to people. Moreover, Wellcare shares their knowledge and experience gained from the past decades by providing business advisory service as well as business advices relating to marketing management consultation for distributors, agency and supply chain partners.

The company name, Wellcare, has two aspects, well care and we care. Everyone at Wellcare has your best interest at heart to provide the best products to show we sincerely care.

Headquartered in Taiwan, the two sisters established R&D, Marketing, QA departments in Taiwan and manufacturing facility in China, with markets all over Europe, America, and Asia. Over the years, Wellcare has developed and introduced the following products: massage mat, massage chair, nature sound relaxer, nature sound with lighting, nature sound with aroma, bubble spa machine, nature well-being light, electric heating pad, electric underblanket and portable heating series. Through various sales channels such as retailers, TV shopping, online shops, pharmacies and direct sales, Wellcare’s products are widely used in millions of households.

Believing in the philosophy of “warmth from heart” and having it spread in dynamic warmth flow, Wellcare makes every product with sincerity and thoroughness. We pay attention to every detail even the parts that are unseen by the consumers and processes that are behind the scenes.
