TauroLock™
TauroLock™ is a bactericidal and fungicidal lock-solution containing the antimicrobial ingredient (cyclo)-taurolidine and the anticoagulant citrate (4%). Complications of central venous accesses (occlusions and occlusions) are reliably prevented. Those patients who are prone to develop a higher occlusion benefit from 500 IU/ml Heparin (TauroLock™-Hep500) or 25.000 units Urokinase (TauroLock™-U25.000).

TauroLock™-Hep100
TauroLock™-Hep100 is a bactericidal lock solution which contains the antimicrobial ingredient (cyclo)-taurolidine and as anticoagulant agents citrate (4%) and 100 IU/ml of heparin. This combination is a reliable prophylaxis against catheter infections as well as it prevents the development of a bacterial biofilm and an occlusions.

TauroLock™-U25.000
TauroLock™-U25.000 is a bactericidal and fungicidal lock solution which contains the antimicrobial ingredient (cyclo)-taurolidine, the anticoagulant agent citrate (4%) and in addition a thrombolytic agent urokinase (25.000 IU). This ensures a high flow rate. When regularly used as prophylaxis (e.g. weekly) catheter occlusions will be reliably prevented and an improved patency will simultaneously be provided.
