As usual, this single-wheel castor series is full of innovations, such as e. g. a completely new concept of assembly, a unique, form-fitting brake system and awardwinning design. Available in two diameters of 100 and 125 mm, the series convinces by maximum flexibility as well as outstanding swiveling and running properties.

The castor with low overall height – the perfect solution for hospital beds and medical devices in three diameters of 100, 125, 150 mm and a load capacity of 150 kg per castor. Our centrally lockable hospital and nursing bed castors are maintenance-free and available in washable and electrically conductive versions.

Central locking sysrem (zFs )
The central locking system. Modular. Flexible. Individual.
The free configuration of the ZFS allows, depending on the design, reliable full locking of all 4 castors of equipment or a more cost-effective partial locking for equipment which is also functionally safe with 2 locked castors. In both cases, it is mechanically ensured that the castors are locked simultaneously or run freely. Known faulty applications are excluded as a result of this and provide for maximum efficiency.

Independent of the choice of full or partial locking, operation can be executed on one side or on both sides. In this way, individual ergonomic requirements are taken into account. The coding of the operating pedals in color is self-explanatory and signals the system status directly and unambiguously.

Electronic locking system (eFS)
The electronic locking system. One for all.
The new EFS from STEINCO transforms the braking function independent from the castor into a separate component, which can now be combined with a large number of different castors according to the modular principle. The EFS is operated electrically via a central control unit and can also be retrofitted into existing controls. Function and pressing force of each connected stamp is monitored individually. The locking process is carried out by means of a PU stopper, which is pressed on the floor and ensures absolute stability of the equipment on the ground.
