From materials to packaging, we control every aspect of tubing production to ensure on-time delivery of even complex, tight-tolerance geometries. With 18 extruders producing top-quality tubing from ID 0.254mm (0.010”) to OD 60mm (2.25”) in diameter, our precision manufacturing includes continuous closed-loop feedback and laser measurement systems in Class 7 and Class 8 cleanrooms. As one of the industry’s largest consumers of heat-cured silicone, we have buying power that we can pass on to our clients. A deep library of proprietary chemistries allows us to optimize each solution while meeting USP Class VI, Ph. Eur. 3.1.9, FDA and ISO 10993 criteria.
