About Us

Company details
Shining World Health Care Co. Ltd. started as a small, private company engaging in the maintaining & selling of physical treatment instruments such as transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS). The following year we started to manufacture the products ourselves with our own production facilities based in Keelung.

During 1994 we successfully invented and patented our ESU pencil and the next year we also innovate the first domestic medical Ultrasonic Nebulizer with the US and Taiwan patent.

Thanks to the success and popularity of our products, the brand name “SHINMED” was established and we were also certified by both CE 2460 and FDA 510K for most of our products. International sales had expanded triple since, the need for international certification is essential; therefore we had also obtained both GMP in 2000 and SFDA in 2003.

In 2008, Shining World Health Care Co. Ltd. decided to take another step forward by purchasing another factory in Wuku Industry Park. We were able to expand and robotize our production facilities there, our new headquarter also enabled us to have a greater efficiency in production related to quality, cost and lead time.

In 2009, SHINMED has successfully penetrated the ESU pencil industry inTaiwanand take up around 70% of the domestic market.
