Schivo provide solutions for a wide range of therapeutic products, medical technical aids and laboratory technologies such as implants, surgical instruments, electromedical devices, endoscopes, minimally invasive access devices and analytic instruments.

Schivo support customers medical device and analytical systems needs with a range of services from prototyping , design for manufacturing, manufacturing of components to manufacturing of finished products, functional testing and assembly.

Schivo has over 20 years experience providing device solutions to the world’s leading medical device and life science companies. Our world class manufacturing facilities comprise of over 80,000 square feet of manufacturing space plus two clean rooms, ESD controlled areas, application development labs and over 75 precision machining systems in Waterford Ireland. We are ISO 13485 certified and operate Lean SC21 operations program.

We also have in house capabilities of precision machining, additive manufacturing, electronics assembly, coatings and fabrication to full product functional testing and packaging ready to ship.
