ReaScan CXCL13 provides a new diagnostic tool for the rapid determination of CXCL13 and helps clinicians in the treatment decision for suspected Lyme neuroborreliosis (LNB) patients.

ReaScan CXCL13 is an immunochromatographic rapid test for detection of chemokine CXCL13 in human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Results are obtained in only 20 minutes.

Pipette the sample into the conjugate tube
Transfer the conjugate-sample mixture to the test cassette and wait for 20 minutes

Pipette 5 µl of sample into the test cassette
Add 4 drops of running buffer
Wait for 10 – 15 minutes and read the result
If necessary, compare the intensity of the test line with the Cut-off control cassette.
