Product Features

Transparent, soft, cylindrical measured volume chamber with marking scale suitable for infusion of all types of fluids.
Bacteria retentive air inlet to prevent air contamination.
Injection port for extra medication.
Smooth roller- clamp for easy adjustment of flow rate.
Floating auto shut off valve prevents air trapping in the fluid line once the measured volume chamber is empty. It also acts as floating indicator.
15 micron Fluid Filter inside drip chamber for filtration of foreign particles in the fluid. Drop rate- 60 drops/ml.
Soft, Transparent, Kink resistant & Medical Grade PVC tube of 150 cm.
Tube dia : I Ø 2.8 mm. & O Ø 4.0 mm.

Siliconised, stainless steel, ultra sharp, back cut, Japanese needle facilitates pain free insertion inside a vein to provide venous access.
The back-cut incision creates a highly flexible pathway designed to give you easier insertion with less tissue tearing and faster healing.

Catheter Material:-

Smoother inner and outer surface, and tapered tip of the catheter ensures friction less insertion.
FEP Radiopaque three stripped catheter assures excellent visibility under X-rays.
Biocompatible material is used for longer indwelling time.
Also available in Polyurethane (PUR) for more kink resistance and comfortable performance.
Latex-free, PVC-free.

Flexible Wide Wings:-

Specially designed flexible, wide and soft wings for easy and proper fixation.
Translucent material makes it easy to see through.

Ultra Transparent Flash Back Chamber:-

Ultra transparent flash back chamber to observe quick flashback during venipuncture.
Hydrophobic filter facilitates proper venting for quick flash back.
Material used: Polycarbonate for easy visualization.

Injection Port:-

Injection port with imported non return white Silicon valve and colour coded cap for extra medication without interrupting infusion.

Polysure branded disposable medical devices are produced by the medical device division of Polybond India Pvt Ltd, belonging to Pune’s Rathigroup, an industrial house currently in it’s third generation. The group’s roots trace back to a textile mill which the family started in 1948. This medical device division was started in the year 2012, making it the youngest member of the Rathigroup.
