Medical Oxygen Generator
Medical Oxygen Generators produce gaseous oxygen from compressed air on site and offer a cost-effective, reliable and safe alternative to traditional oxygen gas supplies such as cylinders or cryogenic liquid. Oxywise Medical Oxygen Generators are available in several standard models with capacity ranging from 0,4 to 150 m3/hour at 93-95% purity. The design is made for round the clock 24/7 operation. Each generator is equipped with an automatic start&stop function, enabling the generator to adapt according to the current consumption. As standard, medical oxygen generators are equipped with purity control, audio/visual alarms and a UPS (uninterrupted power supply).

An Oxygen Generator from company OXYWISE, has been certified according to European Directive 93/42/EEC on Medical Device. Therefore, our medical oxygen generator is used at hospitals worldwide as one or more of the 3 oxygen sources. Along with the generator, we can supply the whole Oxygen Generating System. Oxygen Generating System with Filling Station
OXYWISE has a wide range of Oxygen generating and cylinder filling stations used for oxygen production and afterwards filling cylinders of any size up to 200 bar. The filling capacity ranges from 2 to 200 cylinders per day. The end pressure is from 150 barG to 200 barG.

The system can be set up to fill the hospital pipeline directly and use the filling ramp as a backup system. Oxygen cylinders can be filled simultaneously or during hours with low consumption.

Oxygen generator incorporated with oxygen high pressure compressor for filling cylinders creates a system called Oxygen generating and filling station. System consists of essentials such as air compressor, dryer, filtration etc. and standard features including molecular sieve protection, stainless steel piping and many more. Oxygen filling plant can be enhanced with optionals features to make the operation more comfortable for the end-user, for instance remote control, flow meter and flow control valve or energy saving valve, etc.

The company Oxywise was established as engineering and trading company focused on the turnkey supplies, service and maintenance of PSA oxygen and nitrogen generators in 2009 by three founders.

We have long-term experiences in the development and production of PSA oxygen and nitrogen systems and engineering background.

As a result of growing portfolio of services and products, the company management decided to move to larger premises in 2011.

Successful market entry has entailed gradual launch of own production of oxygen and nitrogen generators, filling ramps, dosing systems and gas distribution systems, and installation of PSA technology to transport containers – configured according to customer specifications.

The main aim of our company is to deliver effective, reliable and affordable solutions that meet our customers’ expectations. Our main objective is to continuous improving of quality of manufactured products and components but also provide high quality services related to installation and maintenance.

The medical oxygen generators were successfully certified according to European Directive 93/42/EEC on Medical devices in 2017 by DNV GL (N.B. 2460), consequently Slovak Chamber of Commerce issued Certificate of Free Sale. Our company is also registered as producer of medical devices by Slovak Institute of Drug Control.
