MultiLANE™ Systems
The MultiLANE™ systems are petri dish filling machines dedicated to a single dish size, and process multiple lanes of dishes simultaneously. These systems generally require two operators, one at the input and one at the output. MultiLANE™ models are designed for high-speed production, with nominal rates from 3600-12000 units per hour.
Standard Features
All ONLINE systems are CE certified.
Each 90mm system comes standard with an orientation system for multicavity dishes.
Each system includes an integrated bottom print station designed to accommodate most inkjet print systems (not included).
Each system includes a fixed output system with transfer to a static buffer table.
All MultiLANE™ layouts are flexible offering right/left placement of operator panel, electrical enclosures, and output direction. System length can also be adjusted to accommodate facility requirements.
All ONLINE systems are shipped with a one-year warranty. Remote support is always free for the life of the machine.

MultiDISH™ Production Systems
The MultiDISH™ systems are petri dish filling machines that accommodate a wide variety of dish types including 55mm, contact, 90mm, 100mm, 120mm, square, and 150mm dishes. Changeover from one dish type to another dish type is accomplished quickly and easily with interchangeable heads, tool free change parts, and touch panel settings. Like the MultiLANE™ models, the MultiDISH™ machines fill and process multiple lanes of petri dishes simultaneously.

Each base system ships with a head unit and change parts package for a single dish size/type. Additional change parts packages are also available.

SOLO™ Systems
The SOLO™ system is a compact, portable, single operator petri dish filling machine designed to process a specific dish type. SOLO™ systems require only limited floor space are ideal for small batch production for specialty products or as a first step into the advantages of automatic processing. All functions are provided from unstacking through finished product.

MultiFILL™ Tube and Vial Systems
The MultiFILL™ tube and vial systems provide inexpensive automation of tube and vial filling at rates up to 3000 units per hour on auto run. This machine accommodates tubes of varying dimensions via the use of optional change parts. These systems are compact, semi-automatic, terminally sterile systems which automatically insert tubes from a hopper to a transport carousel, quickly and precisely dispense, and tight caps the tubes. The operator places caps onto the tubes between cycles.
ONLINE also offers a high-speed, full automatic system for filling tubes. This system supplies tubes from a hopper, orients caps from a bowl feeder, loads and transports tubes, dispenses, places caps onto the tubes, tight caps, and transports the finished tubes to custom racks at a nominal throughput of up to 3000 units per hour. The operator maintains a bulk supply of tubes and caps. Finished product can then be transported to the autoclave in 72 count racks. This ONLINE machine is dedicated to one tube, however optional change parts are available to provide for processing a similar tube with some variation in diameter and/or height. Other options include aseptic filling, gas pre-purge flush, auto-racking, and high volume production.

MultiFILL™ Model 151
The MultiFILL™ Model 151 bottle filling machine provides an inexpensive introduction to automation of bottle filling at rates of 250-650 units per hour depending on fill volume. This machine accommodates bottles of varying dimensions via the use of optional change parts. These systems are compact, fully automatic, benchtop systems which automatically transport bottles along an infeed conveyor, remove the caps, quickly and precisely dispense, replace and tighten the caps, and transfer the bottles to an outfeed conveyor. The Model 151 was designed to be easily integrated with other process systems including print stations or labelers (not included).

MultiFILL™ Model 112
The MultiFILL™ dipslide filling machine processes single and multiple compartment dipslides. This machine accommodates bottles of varying dimensions via the use of optional change parts. Dipslides are manually loaded into a feed rail, filled and then transported on a belt conveyor through a drying tunnel to the inverter position where the process is repeated on the second side of the slide. Model 112 has a nominal throughput rate of 1200 units per hour depending on design specifications.
