NOxBOX – Intelligent Nitric Oxide Delivery and Monitoring System
Inhaled nitric oxide requires patient monitoring and management to help avoid patient complications due to toxic levels of nitrogen dioxide and rebound pulmonary hypertension associated with weaning from inhaled nitric oxide.

The NOxBOXi® system delivers and monitors Nitric Oxide (NO) for use in inhaled nitric oxide therapy both in continuous and synchronous Nitric Oxide delivery modes.

The system has a step by step, guided interface to enable ease of use. The NOxBOXi® system is designed primarily for use in hospitals with a portable, detachable monitor to provide continuous treatment for transit and transfer conditions.

Permanently affixed to the NOxBOXi® system, the NOxMixer™ system is intended to deliver a continuous flow of Nitric Oxide (NO), mixed in line with Oxygen (O2) for emergency applications and to manually bag a patient.

In addition to the digital flow meter, NOxBOX Ltd. has specifically designed a compact, hand tighten regulator, reducing up to 200 bar (2900.7 psi) of pressure down to 4 bar (58.0 psi) ensuring safety for both the user and the patient

NOxBOXO2™ – The standard in Nitric Oxide monitoring
The NOxBOXO2™ monitor is the flagship of Nitric Oxide monitoring, allowing accurate, real-time monitoring of not only Nitric Oxide (NO) and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) but also Oxygen (O2) levels. This additional feature enables the user to monitor the exact concentration of Oxygen entering the patient, as this is often different from that indicated on the ventilator once dilution with Nitric Oxide has occurred.
The internal pump ensures that the sensor is constantly exposed to constant gas pressure and flow rate, enabling the NOxBOXO2™ monitor to be used with both ventilated and spontaneously breathing patients.
