Established in 2015, Xtruline (Natec Medical extrusion division) is a cutting edge startup that offers custom made medical extrusion solutions. The company rests on strong foundations with extruders cumulating more than 20 years of experience in the medical extrusion industry. As a commitment to quality, Xtruline is also ISO 13485 certified.

The product catalogue of Xtruline is extremely broad but it focuses on the extrusion of mono lumen and multi lumen circular tubes with industry leading tolerances. The current capability of the company englobes tubings from 0.20mm to 6.00mm, external diameter, whilst maintaining tolerances of 0.02mm.

As a testimony to our startup culture, we welcome unique challenges and will gladly consider custom products outside our usual catalogue.

Created in 2006 Maurister, a subsidiary of NATEC Medical, offers outsourcing services for ethylene oxide sterilization of medical devices. Our processes have been streamlined to eliminate unnecessary delays and ensure substantial savings in time to market. We work with our clients, one on one, every step of the way to provide responsive, consistent and cost effective ethylene oxide sterilization.

It is accredited ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003 with ISO 11135-1:2007 certified by LNE/GMED.
