Aquilion Prime
The Toshiba Aquilion Prime is an excellent high-end CT scanner. It incorporates cutting edge technologies that satisfy a wide range of clinical requirements. These new technologies enable high-quality clinical images, with a low dose while also optimizing workflow.

Additionally, the Aquilion Prime supports all routine examinations, and comes with advanced clinical applications. These include ultra-low dose examinations while maintaining high image quality. Also, it has an ultra-fast workflow, that ensures fast data to diagnosis. Furthermore, the requirements of complex examinations seem easy with the Aquilion Prime, and it provides the information needed to make treatment decisions. Moreover, it contains a sophisticated suite of clinical applications, providing streamlined post processing.

The Aquilion Prime has the option to get coneXact, with double slice technology. This was originally developed for the Aquilion ONE. It enables taking full advantage of volume data and it can reconstruct it in double density. Therefore, the reconstruction resembles the original in MPR and 3D rendered images. Also, with a reconstruction speed of up to 60 fps, the scanned images are available shortly after – even when scanned with 0.5 mm slice thickness.

Fuji Amulet
The Fuji Amulet is a digital mammography system which produces top quality images, offers maximum examination comfort and optimizes workflow. It uses the mammography image processing technology from proven FCR systems. Hence, the quality images the system provides enhance visualization of the mammary tissue and greater detail of abnormal areas.

The system uses a direct conversion X-ray sensor with outstanding conversion efficiency. The panel comprises of a dual layer of a-Se, incorporating Fujifilm’s patented Direct Optical Switching technology, instead of thin film transistors (TFTs). Therefore, it can directly and more efficiently read the signal. This technology delivers lower images noise and allows a pixel size of just 50µm to be achieved as well as allowing shorter inter-exposure times (15 seconds). It is world’s smallest pixel pitch and the first in a Direct-conversion FPD system.

GE Voluson E8
The GE Voluson E8 is an excellent ultrasound system and it is popular for Women’s Health. This includes GYN/OB, maternal fetal medicine, and assisted reproductive medicine. It has a number of technologies to optimize workflow and improve consistency. Hereby it also reduces scan time and result in a shortened learning curve of healthcare professionals. Additionally, GE designed the ultrasound system for comfort and ergonomic working positions for all users.

The GE Voluson E8 comes with the VCAD tools to ease a number of challenging examinations. This includes the acquisition of volumetric images of the fetal heart. But also, the identification of the four-chamber, left outflow tract, and right outflow tract view, in compliance with recommended guidelines.
Moreover a new 4D transvaginal probe is available that allows earlier detection of fetal abnormalities due to better image quality.

LBN Medical A/S is a world leading reseller of diagnostic imaging equipment. The company was founded in 2003 by Lars Braun Nielsen and Jan Brandrup, and was known as Epoka Medic Mission up until October 2011.

We started out with only two employees back in 2003. Today, our staff counts more than 40 professionals, who are all based in our headquarters in Aalborg, Denmark, except for our one Key Account Manager in USA. Moreover, we work with many skilled freelance technicians worldwide.
