Laser cut
The laser cutting technology allows the metal to be etched without contact, minimizing the mechanical load and deformation of the material, typical of mechanical processing. The cutting process takes place by directing a laser beam of sufficient density and power on the material to cause its fusion.

The advantages of laser cutting
In particular, the lasertech cutting systems allow to satisfy extreme requests both in terms of delivery time and of required precision in dimensional tolerances. Furthermore, the reduced costs and times of equipment make laser cutting very cost-effective, even for small series and prototypes.

Technical and material specifications
Dimensional tolerances and technical specifications:

Thickness range: from 0.05 mm to 2 mm.
Working tolerances: ± 0.01 mm (minimum).
Possibility to make through cuts with minimum opening up to 30 microns.
Maximum working area: 800 × 800 mm, with a 5 micron position tolerance.
Camera and software system for shooting previously made parts.

The main materials that can be processed by laser cutting:

electroforming
Electroforming is an inverse process to chemical blanking, in which the metal is deposited inside a cast of conductive material, which reproduces in negative the image to be made. In this way it is possible to obtain a faithful reproduction of the original image through a metal deposit.

The advantages of electroforming
This technology offers the possibility of realizing very precise details, with tolerances of even a few microns, regardless of the complexity of the image. Furthermore, the details of the object do not have attachment points (as instead in photoengraving), they can be treated galvanically, and can be realized on several levels.

Technical details and materials
Electroforming is a more expensive and slower process than photoengraving, affected by the size and thickness of the detail, and is generally limited to the Nikel, hard or soft, in terms of materials.
