Liquid pumps with solenoid drive are a great choice if customers are looking for good controllability of the flow rate or even want to be able to deliver single strokes. They also have an integrated valve function, which prevents uncontrolled flow of liquid in off-mode (NC-valve). The linear drives achieve a very high lifetime of up to 10‘000h (>200 million strokes). DIAPHRAGM DOSING PUMPS
Our FEM dosing pumps are based on a very simple design. The stepper motor causes a cam to rotate and this, in turn, moves the diaphragm up and down. This vertical movement causes pressure changes in the pump chamber which, combined with the operation of the inlet and outlet valves, produce the pump action. The pumps are availbale with many different hydraulic connections.

DOUBLE DIAPHRAGM PUMPS
KNF double diaphragm pumps offer a high level of performance and greatly enhance safety, especially when working with dangerous, rare and valuable gases. A second diaphragm is located underneath the working diaphragm. The safety diaphragm has a significantly longer service life than the working diaphragm, thus ensuring that no gas can escape into the environment even if the working diaphragm ruptures.
