Intro Flow Sensor
Introtek’s IntroFlow™ non-invasive flow detection devices incorporate the latest ultrasonic technology for flow measurement. The non-invasive concept provides a platform for non-contact measurement where safety, hygiene, and cleaning are of concern. This free-entry sensor is designed for easy tube installation and can be accommodated for various tube sizes. Fully integrated electronics yield the smallest footprint with a simple interface to medical and industrial applications. The standard configuration outputs a voltage frequency that is proportional to liquid flow velocity. Absent tube and air detection are fault outputs for added value.

CLD – Continuous Liquid Level Detector
INTROTEK® Non- Invasive Continuous Level Detector (CLD) is available in a standard configuration (pictured at above), as well as customized designs to meet customer application requirements. The unique pulsed, non-invasive design enables the liquid level from the bottom of a plastic vial, container or tank to be monitored quickly, accurately and dependably. The CLD is scalable for small to large plastic containers and vessels for medical, industrial, pharmaceutical, laboratory, and food & beverage applications.

Introtek’s patented pulse-type ultrasonic technology provides highly reliable, non-invasive liquid level or air detection capabilities in the most critical applications where patient or process safety is mandatory. Many of the variables which affect the accuracy of amplitude based or continuous-wave ultrasound are greatly reduced if not eliminated by pulse-type technology.

INTROTEK® Non- Invasive, PAD Point-Air Detection, delivers a reflective ultrasonic signal from a single contact point. The ultimate air detection sensor for a fluid-handling cassette application. The PAD Sensor incorporate the state-of-the-art, patented pulse-type ultrasonic circuitry. Integral to the sensor’s assembly, the Micro-Electronic Controller (MEC) features programmable algorithms for functionality control. Response times, time delays, and other functions are programmed in accordance to specific requirements.

BC1- Miniature Blood Component Detector
INTROTEK® Introtek BC1 miniaturized Blood Component Detector performs optical-based detection non-invasively for fluid within clear tubing for many critical processes.Unwanted elements in fluid can be detected in order to ensure the safety of a procedure or process.
