PVC Tubes Roll
Medical connection tubes of HMC Premedical are manufactured with a PVC with characteristics such as to avoid unwanted kinking during use; the particular transparency of the material allows for an optimal inspection of the aspirated biological material.

Tubes are supplied in NON-STERILE reels, packaged in boxes of 30 or 50 meters, and are available with different sizes and three particular tube sections:

constant section;
bubble section, with expanded bubble segments every 90 cm;
semiconductor tube with anti-static stripe, which ensure isolation from electrostatic discharge.

The tubes can be used in every time is necessary to connect suction devices or equipments in theatre , intensive care, recovery ward, etc..

Single Cannulas
HMC Premedical single rigid cannulas are manufactured with materials as divers as ABS, PVC and Polystyrene, have an adequate curved shape and an universal connector for the suction tube.
The particular transparency of the material allows for an optimal inspection of the aspirated biological material.

The cannulas have a total length of about 250 mm, and are available in different sizes and with the following design:

with open tip;
with open tip and lateral holes;
Yankauer type, with bulb shaped tip endowed with four lateral holes and a central hole;
Poole type, in a pre-assembled set with a rigid inner part and an external part with lateral holes.

The devices are suitable for the aspiration of biological liquids in the operating field .

Ginecology
The tube is equipped on one end with a rotating connector in ABS for connection to the suction cannula, which is endowed with a suction control device; on the other end, there is a male connector in rigid ABS, for connection to the aspiration container.

The tubes are manufactured with a material that gives both a particular transparency, allowing the inspection of aspirated biological material, as well as an easier use in different positions without kinking. Different tube lengths are available.

The cannulas for gynecological applications are rigid and are available in both straight and curved version; they are mainly made in Polystyrene, whose particular transparency allows for inspection of the biological material during the suction.

The devices are intended to be used mainly in gynecological surgery, in particular for endoutereal aspiration and voluntary interruption of pregnancy.

Connectors
The device consists in a junction with two symmetrical or asymmetrical graduated cones, to allow the connection of different sized pipes.
Available in red PE, or in transparent PVC with control valve and cap.

The standard collection bags are mainly composed of:

collection bag with transparent front, graduated every 100ml for easy inspection of the collected volume;
7 mm I.D. drainage tube, available in variuos lengths, which avoid occlusions and allows for a good flow;
stepped male catheter connector, with sampling port and protective cap;
drain tap with recovery pocket;
non-return valve.

Further to these components, various configurations are available with the following:

Pasteur chamber;
antibacterial filter for compensation of internal pressure;
handle with two hooks for attachment to the bed.

The device is marketed only sterile in order to protect the patient from any contamination.
All raw materials have been chosen for their technical and quality characteristics.

The device is intended for the collection of urine or waste liquids.

Hourly Diuresis
The device consists of:

graduated rigid plastic container (500 ml capacity) for the measurement of waste liquid, with non-return valve, drip pre-chamber, antibacterial filter, overflow preventing system with automatic discharge in the collection bag;
inlet tube to rigid container, equipped with a stepped male catheter connector, with sampling port;
exhaust tube from the plastic container to the collection bag;
collection bag available in different capacities, equipped with VNR, antibacterial filter and drain tap with recovery pocket;
bed-hooking system, equipped with two adjustable straps and hook ( -G versions only).

The device is marketed only sterile to prevent any contamination of the patient.
All materials used have been chosen for their technical and quality characteristics.

Device for urine collection and monitoring of hourly urination.
The measuring system has been designed and produced in order to avoid the overflow and emptying of the measuring container; the urine produced by the patient is thus not lost and discharged, but is accumulated for the next reading.

Urinary Drainage
The device consists mainly of:

Urology Washing Set
The device is available in a “one way” or “two way” configuration, and it consist mainly of:

one-way spikes in ABS, with protective cap in PE;
Ø 19 or Ø 30 mm drip chamber in PVC;
roller clamp in ABS and pinch clamp in PP, for a fine flow regulation;
stepped universal catheter connector in ABS, with protective cap in PE (Male Luer Lock available as alternative);
tubes in PVC;
connection tube in soft SILICONE.

The device is marketed only sterile in order to protect the patient from any contamination.
