Grover Precision can drill anything from 0.40″ up through an almost unlimited variety of 0.060–0.80 through .500″. If needed, we can drill up to 2″ ID.
We are known throughout the medical industry for offering the MAXIMUM length to ID ratios…if it’s being made, we can drill it.
We drill blanks as well as semi-finished and finish-machined parts off the Swiss. From bone screws, to bone nails, to instrumentation…
We offer the full range. We drill all medical materials, with a special focus on titaniums, medical stainless, MP35N, L605, and Nitinol. This is a process we have been using for nearly two decades.
Our lead times on short stroke component drilling are usually 2–3 weeks; we also offer fast turn expedites as needed.
