The CanDo® Multi-Grip Exerciser can be used anywhere at anytime to perform high-impact upper, lower and total body exercises. With one tool you can rehabilitate post injury, improve flexibility and increase strength. Each exerciser has large and small grips built right in which enables users to perform upper and lower body exercises at the same time. Large grips can be wrapped around the hands and feet, while small grips can be used as an anchor or for finger exercises. With these grips, the user’s hands are free so he or she can hold onto objects, like weights, while using this exerciser.

Resistance can easily be changed by moving 1 grip up or down on the exerciser, or by using a different resistance / color exerciser. CanDo® Multi-Grip Exercisers are available in eight color-coded resistance levels in the Preferred Colors® sequence: tan (xx-light), yellow (x-light), red (light), green (medium), blue (heavy), black (x-heavy), silver (xx-heavy), gold (xxx-heavy).

This cloth exerciser is machine washable / dryable and contains no latex, no scent, and no powder coating. Each exerciser is also user friendly as it will not get caught on skin or hair during use. It is available in individual packs (9 grip, 6-foot exercisers) and bulk rolls (135 grip, 15 exercisers, 30 yd. rolls), for home and clinic use.

Relief Pak® Moist Heat Pack Heating Units

The Relief Pak® Heating Unit effectively heats moist heat packs up to 170° in an insulated hot water bath. Insulated design keeps heat from dispersing out of the unit, allowing it to retain heat. It is made from durable stainless steel that’s perfect for high traffic clinics and its compact stationary design allows it to easily sit on a countertop. This heating unit features adjustable temperature control and a glowing orange light illuminates when the unit has reached its desired temperature. It is best to use moist heat packs at 160° for best results. An on/off switch glows green when the unit is in use. All units, including 4 & 6 pack versions, are insulated. Stationary units are available in 4, 6, and 8 pack capacities. Mobile units with casters come in 8, 12, and 24 pack capacities.

CanDo® resistive exercise band rolls are packaged in a dispenser box. Simply unroll the desired length of exercise band from dispenser box and cut with scissors. CanDo® high quality latex resistive exercise band has been used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning and training since 1987. It has become a well-known staple of many physical therapy programs.

CanDo® exercise band is an economic solution for upper and lower body exercise. The resistance bands are lightweight, compact, portable and durable. They are effective when used alone, or with handles and anchors. Available in 8 levels of resistance for progressive exercise. Levels range in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, gold.

CanDo® band rolls are available in the following lengths: 6 yard, 25 yard, 50 yard, and 100 yard Twin-Pak®. CanDo® Singles® are precut strips that are quick and easy to distribute. Each band has the same width 5″. 50-yard rolls have a core that fits most dispenser racks. CanDo® low powder exercise band is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. For those with latex sensitivities, there are latex-free alternative offerings of CanDo® exercise band.

Available in convenient easy-to-open plastic containers (2, 3, 4 and 6 ounce) for individual patients to use at home and a choice of larger containers (1 and 5 pound) for the hospital or clinic. CanDo® Theraputty® material is gluten, latex and casein free.

There’s a new twist in hand therapy. Puttycise® tools are great for use with Theraputty® exercise material to increase function and versatility of the ubiquitous hand exercise material. There are a total of 5 tools: the cap turn, key turn, knob turn, L-bar, and peg turn. Each hand-held tool helps the user simulate various functions to help with everyday life. These are sold separately or in convenient portable kits.
