Reusable containers
We present a reusable container as a completely different product from similar models on the market. It is made of high strength materials, along with its design, resulting in a container for many applications in industry, health, chemistry, etc. Its features are:

Temperature: Up to -18ºC
Pressure: 14 kg. (approved)
Stackable: All exterior design is designed to allow the possibility of stacking both empty (10 units) and full (3 units). Mouldings, grooves, stoppers, etc. A whole range of elements which allow easy handling, transportation and storage.
Closing: Steel hinged lid attached to the container reinforcing the lid and allowing easy handling. The top (part) is provided with a special O-ring and three stainless steel pressure screw knobs to adjust the lid, which provides an airtight seal, preventing odours and increasing safety.
Reuse: The special design makes it possible to be reused again, so that each container has an average life span of three years.

The new 3rd generation container for storage and transport of toxic and/or dangerous waste is the result of a long process of evolution and continous improvements of our products and services. The 3rd generation container has been designed with safety and ease in mind, responding to the improvements that the user experience has suggested. Its features are:

Made with high strength materials.
Impossible to penetrate and resistant to puncture, both internal and external.
Opaque, waterproof and resistant to dampness.
Designed for maximum utilization of space, stackable capacity, both, open and empty and full and closed.
Stackable in full to a maximum height of 3 containers.
New airtight locking system using a special silicone gasket.
Container with hinges providing stability to the cover during the period of use.
Destruction by burning doesn´t generate any toxic emissions.

Containers for sharp objects 3rd generation
Single use container designed for the transport and upgrading of hazardous hospital waste or other high risk waste, such as cutting, penetrating or blunt materials. Its features are:

Made with high strength materials.
Impossible to penetrate and resistant to puncture, both internal and external.
Opaque, waterproof and resistant to dampness.
Grooves in the lid to facilitate removal of the needles.
Stackable (except 12 litres).
Destruction by burning doesn´t generate any toxic emissions.

Closure systems:

Temporary closure: It is possible to open and close it during its period of use.
Permanent closure: It is possible to lock the container definitely at the end of its period of use putting pressure on the double lid and, thus, to avoid accidental leakages.

About Us

Company details
The company Europlásticos Expósito Ltd. is the distributor for products manufactured by Expoplasti Ltd., head of the group company, which is devoted mainly to the manufacture of sanitary waste containers.

The company has an area of 2.600 m2 and has injection machines of different tonnages (from 90 to 1.500 tons) and its own die workshop, which allows us to manufacture and inject any mould.

We have a wide range of containers for medical waste (from 0.2 litres to 60), as you will see in our ‘Product’ section.
