In 2009 ETC LED Operating Lights development project started with the goal of having a national Turkish brand in the top quailty surgical light market in the world. The development of the ETC LED Operating Lights were done with local engineering and technical workforce under supervision and sponsorship of the Turkish Scientific and Technological Research Council (TUBITAK, a Turkish goverment institution).
