EpiGene LLC is a developer of new generation of epigenetic blood PCR tests for early cancer detection. In our tests we use DNA methylation analysis of epigenetic markers. Such analysis is performed by GLAD-PCR assay – new technology for DNA methylation assay without bisulfite conversion of DNA. For markers search and for methylation profiling of various diseases we use our simple epigenetic NGS procedure which allows analyzing up to 15 samples per HiSeq run. Our methods are based on new type of enzymes – methyl-directed DNA endonucleases, developed by our mother company – SibEnzyme – one of the leading worldwide companies in molecular biology products.
