Full automated system for ELISA, IFA and BLOT methods. Thanks to a dedicated Blot Module and camera, in addition to all the AP22 IF ELITE features, it is able to carry out the full automation for 24 Dot/Western Blot strips starting from sample dilution, sample and reagent dispense, incubation, strip washing up to the dot imaging processing and assessment for each strip. The software allows to edit, store and record patient data and reports.

AP32 IF ELITE – IFA AUTOMATION
Innovative system able to process 40 IFA slides. A special three needle system expedites the work session. The system uses a powerful proprietary software that allows to run more DAS’ instruments at the same time. It processes simoultaneously slides with any kind of thickness, mark, well shape and number of rows, keeping the well known accuracy of all IFA processors of DAS. The instrument is equipped with sample barcode reader; barcode reader for slides is available as well

AP BLOT ELITE – BLOT AUTOMATION
Fully automated Blot processor able to manage sample and reagent dispense, incubations, strip washings and reading. The system measures the blot intensities, provides results and manages final report archiving. Pictures of processed strips are directly taken from a digital colour camera when are still into the allotment trays, avoiding the strip removal and the time consuming task to collate the strips on dedicated sheets. The instrument is equipped with a built-in sample BCR. An optional heating system reduces the strip drying time before the reading phase.
