The company is engaged in manufacturing laboratory disposables like sample containers, disposable test tubes, disposable ESR Pipettes, sample cups for analyzers, swab sticks, PAP smear kits, Tips for micro pipettes, Petri Plates, Embedding Cassettes, Centrifuge tubes etc.

The “Easy-Rate” disposable ESR system allows a rapid execution of ESR as per “Westergren” method. The pipette is provided with a fibre cap which permits the automated reaching of the “o” level in a simple and safe way.

At the interior part, at a precise distance, a little piston allows a quick filling of the pipette, thanks to the pressure exerted within the tube. The pipette has a printed graduated scale from “0” to “180” and consequently allows an immediate reading in transparence. The sample can be taken in SLD-Nac – ESR Tube with 3.8% Sodium Citrate, Double Cap (13x75mm tube) / SL-Nac(E)- ESR Tube with 3.8% Sodium Citrate, Push Cap (12x75mm Tube) or in conventional 12x75mm PS tube (ADT-01).

BLOOD COLLECTION TUBES
‘Safelab’ Non Vacuum Blood Collection Tubes with inner butyl rubber cap and outer safety cap. These tubes are made
of transparent medical grade polypropylene and completely breakage free during centrifugation and transportation. Double
lock system which prevents cap opening and leakage of blood during transportation. High quality butyl inner rubber can be
easily pierced by instrument probes.

‘Safelab’ Non Vacuum Blood Collection Tubes with U bottom are made of transparent polypropylene with
dimensions of 12×75 mm. These tubes are with push cap . To open cap, pull and rotate clockwise.
To close, push and rotate anti-clockwise.

‘Safelab’ Self Standing Blood Collection Micro Tubes with screw cap are made of transparent polypropylene with
dimension of 8x46mm. Graduations are marked on the labels.

‘Safelab’ Micro Tube with + cut Rubber Caps are with sealed Butyl Rubber stopper is designed with central cross
insertion on top for inserting capillary tubes. After blood collection, the cross insertion automatically sealed
up when the capillary is pulled out, which effectively prevent blood leaking and guarantee safe and reliable
transportation. Blood also can be collected by a funnel which needs to fix on the top of the cap. Very easy to insert
automated instrument probes through the caps which is very convenient in testing.

CML ‘Vacsure’ blood collection tubes are made of PET and have better physical & chemical stability.

The butyl rubber stopper perfectly matches with the safety cap thus no separation occurs between stopper and cap
during decaping. Sealed Vacuum tubes completely avoids direct touch between blood and technician, thus ensures the safety of technicians. It also ensure correct concentration of additives with blood and guarantees better test results.

Multiple blood tube collection with one puncture, avoids multiple needle insertions and increases patient’s safety and comfortability. Vacuum systems improve the efficiency of sample collection and helps better and accurate test results.

Vacsure – Vacuum Blood Collection Tubes (PET)
Vacsure EDTA K3 tubes

These tubes are coated with EDTA-K3 for blocking coagulation cascade by binding calcium ions in the blood sample. EDTA tubes should be gently inverted 180° 8-10 times or rolled in blood roller mixer to assure complete mixing with blood. EDTA K3 tubes are used for direct sampling analysis since erythrocytes, leucocytes and thrombocytes are stable in EDTA anti coagulated blood for 24 hours. Blood smearing should be done within 2 hours after blood collection. These tubes can be used for testing whole blood in the molecular diagnosis. Used in Routine hematology tests including Hemoglobin ,Hemotocrit, WBC count, RBC count ,Platelet count, complete blood count and Hb A1C etc. Centrifugation not applicable.

Vacsure Clot Accelerator tubes
Clot Accelerator tubes contain spray coated silicon and micronized silica particles to accelerate clotting within 5-7 minutes. Gently invert the tube180° 8-10 times. After coagulation, Centrifuge at 2000-3000 rpm for 10 min. at room temperature. Mainly used for Biochemistry, Immunology and serology tests. ABO typing, Antibody screening, Antigen typing, RF, IM, RPR, ASO, CRP, HIV, HBsAg, HCV etc.

Vacsure ESR tubes (Sodium Citrate 3.8%)
These tubes contain buffered Tri- Sodium provided in 3.8%. The mixing ratio is 1 part Citrate to 4 parts of blood. Gently invert 180° 8-10 times or mix in roller mixer. Used for Erythrocytes sedimentation rate test as per Westergren method .Centrifugation not applicable.
