CeleMag Clean-up Bead

CeleMag Clean-up Bead is an ideal matrix that can be used in various types of DNA purification . Nucleic acid, which is refined using CeleMag Clean-up Bead, can be applied in various experiments (e.g. manipulation, PCR, and DNA sequencing).
CeleMag Clean-up Bead binds DNA selectively, which protects DNA from potential inhibitors or contaminants by short incubation processes (i.e. selective integration with DNA). After purification washes, DNA receives selective protection and remains with beads.

CeleMag Streptavidin Bead
1. General Description
CeleMag Streptavidin Bead selectively isolates biotinylated ligand, using binding properties of biotin.
Due to its properties, it is used to isolate targeted genes that are binding to probes during NGS target enrichment process
