BÜHLMANN fCAL® turbo
BÜHLMANN fCAL® turbo allows very rapid and flexible random access use, as well as being the ideal solution for high throughput applications in the routine laboratory. The assay can be applied on most automated platforms in clinical chemistry and allows short turnaround time from stool sample to reportable result.

Quantum Blue® fCAL rapid tests
The Quantum Blue® fCAL rapid tests are quantitative, sensitive, non-invasive tools to pre-select patients requiring colonoscopy for confirmation of organic bowel disease (IBD) as well as offering rapid determination of calprotectin to monitor activity of IBD. Quantitative results for calprotectin concentration (in µg/g stool) are available within 12 minutes and are very comparable to the established BÜHLMANN fCAL® ELISA.

Quantum Blue® rapid tests for Therapeutic Drug Monitoring
The BÜHLMANN Quantum Blue® technology offers rapid and reliable applications for therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) of anti-inflammatory biologics, thus providing powerful tools for immediate descision making in patient’s treatment management. Quantum Blue® Adalimumab and Quantum Blue® Infliximab are the first quantiative rapid tests in our portfolio. More rapid tests for biologics trough levels are under development.

Quantum Blue® Adalimumab
Quantum Blue® Adalimumab is the first quantitative rapid test for adalimumab monitoring, and to measure adalimumab trough levels in patient’s serum to allow immediate decision making for potential drug dose adjustments. It covers a range of 1.3 to 35 µg/mL and offers time to result in only 15 minutes.

Quantum Blue® Infliximab
Quantum Blue® Infliximab is the first quantitative rapid test for infliximab monitoring. It covers a range of 0.4 to 20 µg/mL for trough levels and offers time to result in only 15 minutes. This powerful and easy to use tool allows immediate reaction to suboptimal drug levels in infliximab infusion patients in terms of adapting dosage and increase efficacy of biologics therapy.

Cellular Allergy – Flow CAST®
The Cellular Allergen Stimulation Test (CAST®) package provides a diagnostic tool for the diagnosis of complex allergy reactions such as to drugs, food and venoms.
Flow CAST®, the routine friendly flow cytometry test, together with more than 160 high quality allergens, are the obvious additions to slgE and the unique tool for non-lgE mediated drug allergy diagnosis, and can be the method of choice and help avoid provocation tests.
