BICRIL
Multifilament, synthetic, absorbable surgical suture, made of polyglycolic acid. These sutures are indicated for use, particularly, in general surgery, for the abdominal wall closure, for the intestinal anasthomosis, for ligations, or for the approximation of tissues requiring a wound support for 2 to 3 weeks. The thread is coated with polycaprolactone and calcium stearate. The coating reduces the tissue trauma and the risk of bacteria migration along the thread.

BICRIL 910
Multifilament, synthetic, absorbable surgical suture, composed of a copolymer made from 90% glycolide and 10% L-lactide. These sutures are indicated for use in soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, in ophthalmic procedures, ideal for any tissue requiring a wound support for 2 to 3 weeks. It is not indicated for use in cardiovascular and neurological tissues. Coated with a copolymer poly (glicolide-co-lactide) (30/70) and calcium stearate. The coating reduces the tissue trauma and the risk of bacteria migration along the thread.

BICRIL RAPID
Multifilament, synthetic, absorbable, sterile suture made of polyglycolic acid. Due to this rapid absorption property, BICRIL RAPID sutures are indicated for use to closing skin wounds, especially in pediatric surgery, episiotomies, circumcision and sutures of oral mucosa. Also, it is used in ophthalmic surgery for suture of connective tissues, but not for use in cardiovascular or neurological tissues. It is coated with calcium stearate and polycaprolactone, which reduces the capillary effect.

Our portfolio also includes surgical prosthesis for soft tissue and surgical meshes for urinary incontinence.

In our production unit there are over 100 dedicated employees which are daily committed to ensure excellence through the quality of our products. Our team devotes itself to a successful implementation of a quality control system by continuously testing the technical and quality parameters throughout the whole production flow.
