Betasan, incorporated in 1983, with its 240 employees and two manufacturing plants in Istanbul and Kocaeli with a 7,000 m² total indoor space, is the manufacturer of a large product line comprised of adhesive bandages, flexible bandages and plasters, and is the first domestic manufacturer in this field.

Betasan, whose products are available in over 20,000 pharmacies and in all hypermarket chains throughout Turkey, is the first choice of the health professionals in over 90% of the private and state hospitals and with its Sanitaband brand has the highest brand recognition and has the highest household penetration in the country.

Since the beginning of the 90’s Betasan has become the market leader in the domestic market and today it exports its products to more than 56 countries including Ireland, Norway, England, Germany, Portugal, Belgium, Malta, Italy, Hungary, Romania, Algeria, Macedonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Estonia, Ukraine, Cyprus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Turkmenistan, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Libya, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Kuweyt, Bahrain, Qatar, Mauritius, Albania, Amman, Georgia, Yemen, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan and Canada.
