Surgical Gown
AFC® Surgical Gown is composed of AFC® Medical & Healthy fabric, and both fabric and gown conform to EN 13795 European Guideline and AAMI PB-70 US Guideline. This surgical gown is microfiber polyester-based, combined with anti-static fiber, and processed with high water repellency. The polyester-base has properties of reusable, lightweight, breathable, non-linting, tensile strength enhanced and excellent hydrostatic pressure. In additional, the two processes can improve the durability of sterilisation procedure, including laundry, drying and auto-clave. All abovementioned features isto effectively protect surgical operators from potential infections deriving from patients’ blood, body fluid or surrounding contaminated particles.

Medical Fabric T80
AFC® T80 is a densely woven fabric, composed of 100% polyester filament yarn which is extremely effective at blocking bacterial penetration. The unique process of high water repellency to prevent against liquid or blood penetration and greatly reducing the threat of direct or cross infection in operating theaters. The inherent strength and durability of the fabric can withstand the most severe medical washing and sterilization processes.

Medical Scrubs
AFC® Scrub/Clean Air Suit is composed of AFC® Medical & Healthy fabric, and both fabric and scrub conform to EN 13795 European and AAMI US Guideline. AFC® scrub is microfiber polyester-based, combined with anti-static fiber, and processed with high water repellency. The polyester-base has properties of reusable, lightweight, breathable, non-linting, tensile strength enhanced, excellent hydrostatic pressure and chemical resistance. The AFC® Scrub has better comfort and longer product service life. In additional, it is durable to multiple sterilization procedure, including laundry, drying and auto-clave. Comparing to disposable scrubs, AFC® Scrub is more cost-effective, durable and secure.

Chemotherapy Protective Gown/Apron
AFC Medical & Healthy ® Chemotherapy Protective Gown/Apron is developed for hospital and clinic Chemotherapy operation personnel use. The gown/apron is composed of AFC ® Medical & Healthy functional fabrics. It is microfiber polyester-based, combined with anti-static fiber, conforming to the higher standard of the resistance to liquid penetration and processed with high water repellency. The polyester-base fabric has properties of reusable, lightweight, breathable, non-linting, tensile strength enhanced and excellent hydrostatic pressure. In additional, the two processes can improve the durability of sterilisation procedure, including laundry, drying and auto-clave. All abovementioned features is to effectively protect the hospital personnel from the potential chemo therapy drug/liquid spill from the operation and preperation.

Surgical Drape
AFC® Surgical drape is composed of AFC® Medical & Healthy fabric, and both fabric and drape conform to EN 13795 European Guideline and AAMI PB-70 US Guideline. A surgical drape has multi-layers that providing multi-function and protections to patients and personnel, which can reduce the risk of Hospital-acquired infection (HAI). The bottom layer of drapes is polyester-based and processed with high water repellency, hence it is reusable, non-linting and impervious. The upper layer of drapes adopts high absorbent fabric that can pick up and remain operative fluid and skin flora adjacent to operative site. Additionally, the entire drape presents excellent anti-slip, abrasion, puncture resistance, anti-static property and durable to several times of laundry, drying, auto-clave, to create an area of sterile field for each utilization.

Hospital Slipping Pad
AFC® Hospital Slipping Pad is composed of AFC® Medical & Healthy fabric, and is 100% microfiber, lint-free and has excellent abrasion resistence. The polyester or nylon-based fabric has properties of reusable, lightweight, breathable and tensile strength enhanced. The Hospital Slipping Pad is also with the characteristic of low friction which can help the hospital assistant to move the patient more easily.

All abovementioned features is to effectively prevent the risk during the positioning procedure and the potential infections deriving from patients’ blood, body fluid or surrounding contaminated particles in hospitals.

EMI Shielding Fabric M02
AFC® M02 Conductive Fabric is made of polyester filament yarnand metal fiber for excellent conductivity, protecting daily life and work environment from electrostatic discharge (ESD) hazard. It is also breathable and comfortable, applicable to daily necessities such as, bedding supplies, aprons, curtains, etc.

Besides its electrostatic dissipative properties, AFC® M02 Conductive Fabric has an effective EMI shielding rate up to 99.99% in spectrum ranging from 1800MHz to 2.45GHz. Through its unique weave structure, it is bestowed with excellent durability and breathability that is suitable to be made into any EMI shielding textiles and apparel (work wear, aprons, curtain, etc.) for industries with EMI shielding needs such as electrical, communication, medical, biotech, aerospace, and other related industry.
