As the new president, my mission is to grow this company into an organization that is able to deliver value to an even greater range of people. This will be achieved through actions that adhere to our founding principles, promote personnel development, and help us achieve our goals. I want to build an Asahi Rubber that is new and fun for our customers and all employees every day.

With our roots planted firmly in the automotive, medical, and life sciences segments, Asahi Rubber continues to deliver a vast array of small, functional components. I believe the core of our essence lies in our ability to act and fulfill the expectation of our customers that Asahi Rubber will deliver the right solution, when they need it.

The three pillars of our AR2020-VISION- (1) become a company that continuously creates new value through technology innovation, (2) constantly pursue reform, adapt to market changes, and continue to improve, and (3) foster personnel development by placing human resources at the core of business management – are the banners of our initiative to make Asahi Rubber into an even better company.
