OXYmed
The OXYmed measuring system is designed to measure the Oxygen (O2) purity and for the measurement of its impurities such as Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and moisture (H2O) all-in-one instrument.
Thanks to the use of Pharmacopoeia’s approved technologies OXYmed is certified to issue the certificates required.
The system makes continuous measurement of the oxygen tank and can be switched, via software, to cylinders and LOX (up to 6).
Thanks to the XGAS® software it is possible to watch the measurements, control limits, save reports and export – even remotely – through internet connection.

FLOWmed
FLOWmed system has been developed to meet necessities of primary and secondary oxygen producers when they need to verify and certify the proper functionality of reducing multi-position valves placed over cylinders and cryogenic compounds.

It uses a mass flow meter to measure the reducing valve oxygen capacity. It is integrated with our software XGASFlow to simplify and speed up the single or multi-position valves control process.

XGASFlow software, validated for pharmaceutical applications, leads the user during the testing procedure, shows and stores all the results and allows the printing of the final report. FLOWmed system has been developed to meet necessities of primary and secondary oxygen producers when they need to verify and certify the proper functionality of reducing multi-position valves placed over cylinders and cryogenic compounds.

XGAS
In the control of a complex analysis system, composed by many instruments with different features and tasks, the operator must be thoroughly trained to handle the whole plant system and sometimes this operation requires lot of time and effort.

XGAS® has been developed to make the use of the analytic system easier, with specific routines that enable a simpler management with the purpose to remove systematic mistakes during the measurement.

The operator interface is modular and it’s composed by JOB, that the operator can activate from the main menu, avoiding him the management of the single instrument, both analyzer and complex GCs.

AriesMGS
ARIES MGS are automatic multi-gas systems for the analysis of all required parameters in the gas production for Medical, Industrial and Food purposes.

It can set measurement at multiple points of the plant: from the ASU column to the filling station, up to flow control of reducing valves.

All the technologies have been tested over the years and are compliant with current legislation, including European Pharmacopoeia and EU-GMP.

ARIES MGS is completely customizable by the client: whatever the need or apllication, APT has the right monitoring solution to meet specific user’s requirements.
