CINGAL is the first and only approved combination viscosupplement formulated to provide the benefit of a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) and a fast acting steroid to effectively treat the symptoms associated with osteoarthritis (OA).

CINGAL is a powerful, first-in-class treatment that combines the benefits of Anika’s proprietary cross-linked hyaluronic acid formulation of MONOVISC®, proven to deliver up to 6 months of relief of the symptoms of OA, with a well-established FDA-approved steroid to treat inflammation and provide additional short-term pain relief.1

CINGAL is Anika Therapeutics’ third-generation viscosupplementation product, adding to the Company’s strong product portfolio for the treatment of joint pain associated with OA.1 CINGAL extends the benefits of Anika’s proprietary HA formulation to a broader range of patients across the spectrum of osteoarthritis management.

A One-Injection OA Treatment
MONOVISC is a single injection viscosupplement utilized to treat the joint pain caused by osteoarthritis. It is comprised of highly purified, partially cross-linked sodium hyaluronate (NaHA) in a phosphate buffered saline solution, and it is both biocompatible and resorbable.

With just one injection, MONOVISC may provide pain relief that lasts for up to 6 months.1

MONOVISC is the only non-animal sourced hyaluronic acid (HA) single injection treatment approved for use in the United States, and it delivers the maximum dose of HA (88mg) currently available in any single injection treatment.

ORTHOVISC®-T: An Injectable Viscoelastic Sodium Hyaluronate
ORTHOVISC-T is an ultra-pure, high molecular weight injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) viscosupplement designed to relieve pain and restore function to tendons damaged by chronic tennis elbow. ORTHOVISC-T provides lubrication to promote tendon gliding, creating a beneficial healing environment.

ORTHOVISC-T is provided in a single-use syringe and is injected around the affected osteotendinous junction once a week for a total of two injections.
