In AMT MIM, we support our partners and customers in their metal injection molding (MIM) and ceramic injection molding (CIM) requirements from DFM, prototyping, simulation, testing capabilities and mass production. We offer a wide range of material from Stainless Steels, Alloy Steels, Kovar, Cobalt-chromium, Copper and Ceramics. We produce medical device components for robotic surgical systems, endoscopies, graspers, surgical jaws, analytical instrument systems and many others.

AMT is an integrated solutions provider to global medical device companies. It is one of the contract manufacturers which offer a complete, one stop suite services in the fast growing medical sector serving major markets globally.

Established in 1990, AMT started out in metal injection molding and became known for manufacturing highly complex parts for medical devices such as robotic surgical system, graspers, jaws, endoscopy devices and surgical tools. In 2014, AMT expanded to high tech solution by adding 3D metal printing capabilities to support prototyping needs or low volume production and orthopaedic implant application. AMT acquired Aurum Healthcare in 2016, transforming the company into a comprehensive end to end medical devices outsourcing specialist with ETO sterilisation capabilities, a process used to sterilise healthcare devices. In addition, AMT has also invested in state of the art Class 10K and 100K cleanroom facility.

AMT’s business has grown rapidly over the last few years, with three facilities in the region, Singapore, Dongguan China and Malaysia.
