DZ MEDICALE has always invested resources and technologies in the range of manufactured products, and is now able to offer a full range of medical devices that meet all the requirements, both nationally and internationally, delivering equipment to the market for the distribution and reduction of medical gas, suitable for use in systems with single or double stage.

Pure gas
DZ MEDICALE manufactures a full range of devices to reduce and control for pure gases distribution.

The range consists of a central gecompression gas manifold with all the components necessary for the gas distribution, cylinder reducers, products are manufactured in brass alloy treated with a cleaning system with ultrasonic batteries, and internal components in stainless steel, where required.

The line pure gases DZ MEDICALE is characterized by the high quality and reliability of the product, in fact any device by following the business philosophy, is individually tested and inspected for leaks inside for no less than twenty-four hours.

All products DZ MEDICALE are designed, manufactured and produced in our factory to Erbusco, with a system of quality management ‘certified UNI EN ISO 9001.

Company details
DZ MEDICAL born from the experience of forty years dedicated to the manufacture of medical devices, in the last periods develops the use of technologies with low environmental impact.

The attention to the use of innovative materials and new technology solutions, has made the company an international leader in the manufacture of Medical and Technical Devices, especially in ones dedicated to the reduction and control of pressure.

Our production is divided today into two main areas, once fully dedicated to the machining and the other dedicated to the assembly, testing and certification of the devices .

The products are successfully used wherever it is needed precision, reliability and quality; our products are in conformity with Directive 93/42 EEC (and subsequent amendments) .

Our company is also one of the founding members of the association “AIIGM” (Italian Association of Medical Gas Plant devices) that was born in 2010 at the behest of twelve Companies (Founders) operating in the healthcare’s market.
