LV-215™ CLEAN-UP COUNTER FOR ENDOSCOPY SUITABLE FOR THE AUTOMATED CONTROL WITH ER-214™. CUSTOMIZABLE
The clean-up counter, connected to ER-214™, permits the automatic load and discharge of water and chemical detergent necessary for the correct cleaning of endoscopes channels.
This process allows to avoid recycling of liquids or rather the contamination of all devices.

The unit is completely made of stainless steel, designed to optimize ergonomics in favour of operators and endoscopic instruments
The work surface is equipped with two stainless steel sinks, one for the chemical dosage and one for the cleaning ; complete with hot and cold water mixer tap and a spray gun suitable for water or pressurized air

DRS-218™
The DRS-218™ is an air-heated vertical cabinet managed by a PLC through a 7” 16:9 HD touch screen display. Designed to store up to 10 flexible endoscopes aseptically and vertically up to 800 hours.

Compliance with standards UNI EN 16442, Class I. Independent monitored flow rate of the endoscopes channels.

The traceability software provides access to the most important hospital computer systems through Ethernet connection.

Its 10 vertical separated positions allow a versatile use of the system and a rapid drying of the endoscopes avoiding cross infection risks.

It preserves the correct sterile air flow pressure inside in every condition avoiding contaminations, foundations of the norm itself. (Checked and controlled by PLC).

For a proper operation a standard electrical connection is sufficient, no obligation of additional connections or electrical wirings. (Optional internal medical-grade air compressor).

The DRS-218™ is provided with standard Ethernet connection and a traceability software (optional), which permits to check all the events during the storage process.

ER-214™ AUTOMATIC SYSTEM TO SUPPORT THE MANUAL WASHING STEPS OF FLEXIBLE ENDOSCOPES
ER-214™ is a compact system which works in combination with the pre-washing sink of instruments (it can be located upon the sink, or hung on the wall using a specific wall bracket); it supports operators during all stages.

The device allows the traceability and the automation of the classic manual washing of flexible endoscopes.

Thanks to this device, the operator does not need to wash the endoscopes manually. This usual procedures do not completely avoid risks of error which can cause carpal tunnel inflammations and osteoarticular diseases. ER-214™ prevents this set of problems. This process is validated by Dr. Lionel Pineau in his prestigious laboratories, Biotech-Germande.

The Headquarters
On 2013 the Company new headquarters opened in the industrial area of Ravenna better known as Fornace Zarattini with a 420 square meters building in use for all the offices, production area, a laboratory and a warehouse.
