HyPHo
The indispensable, compact Holmium Laser

2.1 µm radiation of the HyPHo system is strongly absorbed by water and tissue.
Minimal penetration, less than 0.5mm, ensures safe tissue ablation. The laser operates only in pulsed mode. When it operates with short pulse duration it is highly effective in the fragmentation of calculi and in the hard tissue ablation. When it operates in long pulse duration it is highly effective in cutting soft tissue providing excellent haemostasis and coagulation. Thanks to its high water absorption the application in a hydrous solution environment is intrinsecally safe.
Four operative modes are available: Ablation, Coagulation, Fragmentation mode, Dusting mode. Tens of preset protocols are included in the software.
Fragmentation mode with shorter pulses ensures excellent stone fragmentation especially for harder stones.
Dusting mode with longer pulses ensures:
– minimized stone migration;
– smaller fragment production avoiding the need for basket extraction reducing the total time of the procedure;
– Reduced laser fiber burn back.

HYPER DIODE 532
Hyper Diode 532 is a solid state frequency doubled diode pumped laser emitting at 532nm (green light).
It represents the gold standard in the superficial and vascular lesions due to the extremely high absorption by oxyhemoglobin.
Due to the programmable duration of thef pulses on all the superficial and small diameter vessels and on pigmented lesions, Hyper Diode 532 can avoid the purpura and hypochromic effects.Treatments are bloodless – Hyper Diode 532 laser is supplied with safety goggles in a suitcase for the easy transportation of the device.

Hyper Diode 1470 is the ideal laser for minimally invasive surgery thanks to the wide range of optical fibers and accessories. Its wavelength is highly absorbed by water and fat.A low power can assure the fast emulsification of the fat with a limited thermal damage on surrounding tissues.
