ENDOLIFT®
ENDOLIFT® is a minimally invasive outpatient laser procedure used in endo-tissutal (interstitial) aesthetic medicine. The laser treatment is performed with the latest Eufoton® LASEmaR® 1500 (certified and approved by the American FDA for laser assisted liposuction). ENDOLIFT® has multiple purposes: the remodeling of both deep and superficial layers of the skin, toning, the retraction of connective septums, the stimulation of collagen production and, when necessary, the reduction of excessive fat. The main activity of ENDOLIFT® is promoting skin tightening, in other words the retraction and reduction of skin laxity thanks to the activation of neo-collagenesis and of metabolic functions in the extra cellular matrix. The skin tightening created by ENDOLIFT® is strictly linked to the selectivity of the laser beam used, that is, to the specific interaction of the laser light which selectively hits two of the main targets of the human body: water and fat.

LASER TREATMENT LADYLIFT®
Age and muscular stress often cause an atrophic process within the vagina. If not adequately treated, this likely results in dryness, sexual difficulties, itching, burning, tissue laxity and urinary incontinence.

The main cause of this is the loss of tone of the vaginal mucosa.

The Ladylift® treatment targets the vaginal mucosa. The wavelength (1470nm), combined with the controlled, radial emission of the Ladylift® handpiece, has a bio-modulating effect that stimulates neocollagenesis and regenerates the epithelium and the connective tissue. This action rejuvenates the mucosa by restoring firmness, flexibility and hydration; therefore, considerably reducing symptoms that are usually attributes to menopause. Ladylift also has a positive effect on urinary incontinence, in many cases restoring the normal functionality.

The main advantage of using a diode laser is that the laser can penetrate deeper, targeting the mucosa, without causing an ablative thermal injury.

The handpiece’s design and circular emission are unique to the Ladylift®. They allow for a painless treatment. The combination also ensures that the laser evenly targets all tissue on the inner walls of the vagina.

Suggested settings are presented within the software for ease-of-use, but the physician can manually alter the settings. Additional handpieces are available for internal and external vulvar treatments, as well as aesthetic microsurgery.

Dual Boost®
With the innovative Dual Boost® technology, Spectrum® allows to treat transdermally vascular lesions (telangectasias) in a much more efficient way than the traditional use of a single wavelength.

Dual Boost® permits the combined use of the green light 532nm, more selective for the oxy-hemoglobin, and the infrared light 808/940nm, mainly absorbed by the methemoglobin. The two wavelengths are delivered simultaneously and sequentially in the same handpiece, generating a much more selective photothermolysis.

LASEmaR® 500
The delicate laser to erase skin’s imperfections. LASEmaR® 500 is the gold standard in the treatment of pigmented and vascular skin lesions, due to its extremely high absorption by oxy-haemoglobin and melanin.

LASEmaR® 900-R
The new LASEmaR® 900-R is designed combining ergonomic studies with care for the aesthetic, creating a product that is easy to use and perfectly integrate in the dental clinic.

LASEmaR® 900R uses a wavelength of 915 nm that offers important advantages compared to other wavelengths:

Absorption coefficient in the water comparable with Nd: YAG lasers and 5 times higher than the 810 nm.
Absorption coefficient in the haemoglobin comparable with the diode 810 nm diode laser and 10 times higher than the Nd: YAG laser.

This specific wavelength enhances the treatment options both when used in contact with optical fibers then when the beam is defocused and not in contact.

The Memory Card (SD) can store the parameters modified by the operator.
LASEmaR® 900-R internally measures the laser emission at any time, thanks to an internal power meter combined with a thermal camera that is able to display a thermal 3D image of the optical fiber in use. The aim is to ensure the uniformity of emission of the laser beam, which is important in the treatment of endodontic, periodontic, biostimulation, desensitization and analgesic therapy.

EUFOTON was founded on the 17th May 1999 in Trieste thanks to the understanding of a surgeon, expert of laser surgery and laser therapy, and two engineers expert in the field of micro optics and semiconductors.
The aim of the group was to study, design, produce and distribute the most innovative medical diode laser that the technology of that time could support, worldwide.

These lasers consist of semiconductors (Gallium arsenide), which do not wear down, do not need constant maintenance, do not show high consumption of active materials and are much more innovative compared to their predecessors, which were mostly gas tube or crystal diodes.

Since its foundation EUFOTON has put strong emphasis on launching new laser devices into various medical disciplines thanks to a continuous activity of education and communication.
Eufoton positions its brand on the first places on the national and international market of portable diode lasers. This success is for sure also the result of the quality that EUFOTON lasers offer from the maintenance and applicative point of view.
