World’s first environmentally friendly (unprocessed “paint-less” surface) and all-resin hemostatic forceps.
73% lighter than stainless steel forceps of the same size, reducing the burden on the medical professional.
Nisshin’s unique joining structure (PCT patent pending) achieves the same slimness and grip as stainless steel products without using screws or other metal parts.
Different colors can help prevent mishandling in medical settings. No plating or paints – colors are achieved solely through injection molding, meaning there is no danger of peeling, ensuring safe use.
Wide variety of resin materials enables the manufacturing of products ranging from flexible yet strong items to autoclave compatible products.
As it is made of all-resin, it is possible to make X-ray-transparent forceps which can be used in the MRI room.

Our main business is injection molding and mold design/development. We handle the whole process from prototype development/R&D to mass production.
Over 50 years in mass manufacturing and delivering of automotive parts. Our strengths are patent-protected unique technologies such as filler orientation control, paint-less metallic resin molding and all resin forceps.
