Bedpan washers top loader
The NOVA 1000 and 2000 (CE 0344) are fully automatic washers / disinfectors developed and exclusively intended for the cleaning and disinfecting of bedpans, urinals, sputum pots, toilet buckets, wash bowls, vases and many other objects. With the Nova 2000 has the option of to cut, rinse and disinfect urine bags. All Dörr bedpan washers are fully compliant with the WIP guideline.

The disinfection is done by means of steam (so-called thermal disinfection) generated by a built-in steam generator with the ability to achieve an Ao value of 600. The bedpan washers can also be connected to an in-house steam installation. The cleaning or disinfection program is started with a (hands-free) foot pedal.

It has automatic lid closure, and the swivel clamp mounted in the washer ensures that the bed pan is tilted and emptied only when the lid is closed. This offers the user the advantage of being able to work to an excellent standard of hygiene. (Note: this only applies to the NOVA 2000, the NOVA 1000 is not equipped with a swivel clamp.)
The swivel clamp can be lifted out of the washer by hand in one easy step, so that the space can be used to place a basket to hold 4 urinals, wash bowls, clogs or other objects if necessary. Various insert baskets are available for multiple urinals and / or other objects to be cleaned.

The NOVA 4000 (CE 0344) is a fully automatic bedpan washer / disinfector, designed as a front loader, developed and exclusively intended for the cleaning and disinfection of bedpans, urinals, toilet bowls, wash bowls, vases and many other objects. The machine is supplied with a multi-function swivel clamp, but can, if desired, be custom made to your specifications. All Dörr bedpan washers are fully compliant with the WIP guideline.

Bedpan washer Nova EasyClean

The Nova EasyClean is the budget model. Small and complete. Particularly suited to small-scale residences and less intensive use.
The Nova EasyClean is a fully automatic bedpan washer / disinfector, designed as a front loader, developed and exclusively intended for cleaning and disinfecting bedpans, urinals, toilet buckets, wash bowls, vases and many other objects. The machine comes with a front door that can be closed manually with a clamping bracket on which the objects can be placed with their contents inside. This model is not available with a cutter for urine bags.

The disinfection is done by means of steam (so-called thermal disinfection) generated by a built-in steam generator. The bedpan washer can also be connected to an in-house steam installation. The cleaning or disinfection program is started by using a touch pad.

The lid closure is done manually. The objects are emptied during closing. This offers the user the advantage of being able to work to an excellent standard of hygiene.
