IntelliSave AX700
The IntelliSave AX700 anesthesia machine has a number of high-end features to support low-flow and minimal-flow anesthesia, and provide extensive ventilation capabilities. All fitted in a slim, ergonomic design.

The IntelliSave AX700 is ready to grow with your personal needs and advances in anesthesia practice. Add advanced ventilation modes, like Pressure Regulated Volume Target (PRVT),* or special support for neonatal or heart-lung machine (HLM) scenarios.

Everything you need in one. The IntelliSave AX700 provides rich functionality as standard, such as the anesthetic gas scavenging system (AGSS) for gas evacuation. This removes the need to have separate systems beside or behind the machine. It also has mounting interfaces for patient monitors, and an anesthesia information management system.

Fast assembly. Forget about time-consuming, multiple-tube connections between the anesthesia machine, breathing system, and patient. Our vertically-integrated breathing system (IBS) combines an ascending bellows, breathing system, and CO2 absorber in one compact unit. That means no tubing between the IBS and the machine. The vertical design makes the IBS moisture-tolerant.

Siesta i Whispa
Take a good look and you’ll be surprised by the many forward-thinking features of the Siesta i Whispa anesthesia machine.

Our ventilator compensates for changes in the fresh-gas flow and compliance in the breathing system to ensure consistent ventilation. Pressure, spirometry data, and oxygen concentration are displayed on the 8″ color TFT screen.

Five ventilation modes are supported: volume-controlled ventilation (VCV), pressure­ controlled ventilation (PCV), synchronized intermittent mandatory ventilation (SIMV), pressure support ventilation (PSV), and pressure regulated volume target PRVT.

Protect lungs with PRVT* control. PRVT is a lung-protective ventilation mode that combines the advantages of Volume Controlled Ventilation (VCV) and Pressure Controlled Ventilation (PCV). PRVT continuously adjusts the inspiratory pressure based on the compliance and resistance of the patient’s lungs and airways, to maintain pressure at the lowest possible level while providing the preset tidal volume. This provides optimum gas exchange and
subsequent oxygenation during surgery.

Dameca MRI 508
The MRI 508 enables anesthesia to be administered in the MR room to support patient safety and comfort. It has the unique ability to withstand up to 1000 Gauss and is 3.0 Tesla approved. Tests with leading MRI scanner suppliers have confirmed that MRI diagnostic images are not affected by operating the anesthesia system, and that the anesthesia system is not affected by the MRI in operation. This saves time and space, and allows the operator to respond more quickly to patient needs.

Use in MRI room and other clinical areas. The MRI 508 features the same intuitive user interface and breathing system as our well-known Siesta i Whispa. This makes it easy to use the system as a conventional anesthesia machine in other clinical areas when not required in the MRI room. No extra training is necessary so operators can get to work right away.

Conventional breathing hoses. The 1000 Gauss rating of the Dameca MRI 508 allows the machine to be positioned so close to the magnet that the need for extra-long breathing hoses is eliminated.

Dameca A/S develop, manufacture and sell innovative anaesthesia machines to the world market, and is represented in more than 100 countries. Our product portfolio also includes flow meters, suction units, wall panels and other OR/ICU and ward supplies.

The Dameca A/S headquarter is located 10 km outside Copenhagen. Our Nordic sales organisation is directly engaged in sales and service to hospitals and clinics. Outside the Nordic region all sales and service is handled by our global distributor network supported by Dameca’s international sales organisation.

Dedicated subcontractors supply components and subassemblies for our production. Final assembly, configuration and testing are the core competencies of our in-house manufacturing team, all supported by Dameca’s procurement and logistics departments. Product development is managed from our headquarters with close interaction between product managers, clinical specialists, project managers and Dameca’s internal research and development department consisting of mechanical, hardware and software specialists. To ensure proper use and full utilisation of our products, internal experts deliver application and service training, and certification of international distributors, as well as end-user training for the Nordic market.

Dameca is certified according to ISO13485 and CE mark our products according to the Medical Device Directive.
