– Cement injection inside the femoral head.
– Fracture reduction helped by the wrench.

Femur Guide:
– Guide with four proximal and three distal locking possibilities:

Three proximal medial-lateral locking options.
Dynamic locking for controled compression of the fracture.
Three distal locking options, two medial-lateral and one anteroposterior (orthogonal).

– Dynamic localizer: using the image intensifier (Freehand).
– Left and right guide, with condylar locking option.
– Same guide for retrograde or antegrade procedure.
– Slots in the guide to verify the height of the nail.
