Positioning pillows
The Relax positioning cushion provides a stable, relaxed, and natural posture and relieves the spine, back, and limbs. The cushions position and support where they need to and are particularly suitable for preventing bedsores. They can be used by people of any age and are available in 18 models, with three different fillings and two different versions: cotton and Bi-Tec (PU).

Bi-Tec PU fabric is suited for medical use and has the following properties: antibacterial, anti-dust mite, antifungal, impermeable, breathable, bi-elastic, and fire retardant. The Bi-Tec PU fabric can be cleaned with a disinfectant.

Nursing blankets
Fico nursing blankets are a mild form of fixation for restless people, and they offer the user a perfect balance between protection and freedom of movement. Our nursing blankets prevent the patient from becoming uncovered, pulling apart incontinence material, falling out of bed, or getting out of bed when they are not supposed to. The patient lies directly on the bed, covered by the nursing blanket. Starting at the hips, the nursing blanket is pyjama-shaped.
Our nursing blankets are available in two different versions: one in a stretchy fabric, and one in a fire retardant and tear-resistant fabric.

We also offer a two-piece nursing blanket, the bottom part of which is secured under the mattress and attached to the bedframe. The two parts are joined together by a zipper. The two-piece nursing blanket is particularly well-suited for patients who are very restless and who are likely to flip the mattress. The blanket is available only in a fire retardant and tear-resistant fabric.

Sleeping bag
The Fico sleeping bag offers the user a perfect balance between protection and freedom of movement. The sleeping bag prevents the patient from pulling apart incontinence material, prevents exposure, and guarantees a good night’s rest.

Body’s and pyjama’s
The Fico body consists of an undershirt and briefs, all in one. It prevents the patient from undressing, smearing or picking at incontinence material. Our body’s and pyjamas are made from very soft and comfortable fabrics.

Bed guard rail cover
The bed guard rail covers are used to cover bed guard rails and prevent patients from hurting themselves or getting stuck.
They allow for sufficient freedom of movement and for easy care by nursing staff.

Weighted blanket
Weighted blankets are a therapeutic aid used for both adults and the demented elderly to increase oxytocin levels, which has a similar effect to physical contact and cuddling. This gives a sense of calmness, relaxation, and general wellbeing, which improves sleeping.

For children with anxiety, concentration difficulties, and behavioural disorders, weighted blankets help to reduce the level of stimuli in the body. This helps them to relax, calm down and sleep better. The blankets can also be used throughout the day since we also offer shoulder pads and vests. The lower level of stimuli helps children to concentrate better.

Sliding Sails
Sliding sails are used to change the position of patients or to move them on the bed. Using the sliding sails makes moving the patient less strenuous for both patient and caretaker.

Massage Cover
Fico massage table covers for physiotherapists and masseurs are made of a stretchy towelling material, which makes them suitable for most treatment tables. The massage covers are available in two versions: with or without a breathing hole.

Since 2001, Fico Belgium has produced medical aids such as positioning cushions, nursing blankets, sleeping bags, bed guard rail covers and weighted blankets. All our products are used in both hospitals and nursing homes.

All our products are produced in our own workshop in Belgium.

At Fico Belgium, we strive to conduct business on a more human level. Through collaboration, direct communication, and personal contact with our partners, we regularly produce innovative products, both under the Fico brand and under private labels.

Since all our products are produced in our own workshop, we are able to guarantee short delivery times and we can customize and repair products ourselves.
