Founded in 1987, Dunn Industries is a premier supplier of catheter mandrels and thermoplastic small-diameter tubes for medical device manufacturers around the world. Operating from a state-of-the-art, 16,000-square-foot facility in New Hampshire, our precision extruded medical tubing solutions are utilized for prototypes, clinical trials, and larger-scale production of catheter shaft assemblies and other minimally invasive components.

Our team of medical extrusion engineers provides customers with medical tubing solutions at tight tolerances and on quick turnaround, a combination of speed and accuracy unsurpassed in the industry. Our customized, small-diameter medical tubes come in a wide range of thermoplastics and in a wide variety of configurations, from tapered (bump) tubing and those incorporating longitudinal wires to microextruded tubes as narrow as 0.25 mm (less than 1 French size). Our precision catheter mandrels allow catheter manufacturers to retain exact lumen dimensions throughout production and assembly operations.
