【INTENDED USE】
This kit is suitable for the quantitative detection of Hepatitis C Virus RNA in samples of human serum or plasma. This kit is suitable for auxiliary diagnosis of Hepatitis C Virus infection and monitoring the therapeutic effect of drugs in patients. The result is for research only, and not intended for clinical diagnosis.

【PRINCIPLE】
This kit, using real-time fluorescent PCR technique, takes a conservative region of HCV genome as the target region. It designs specific primers and fluorescent probes to quantitatively detect HCV RNA in the method of one-step RT-PCR amplification. Moreover, this kit uses an internal control solution to monitor the whole process of nucleic acid extraction to reduce the appearance of a false negative.

Prepare PCR detection reagents provided in the kit to PCR reaction tubes. Add the extracted viral nucleic acid to PCR reaction tube, use fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument for PCR amplification and detect the fluorescent signals. The instrument software system will automatically draw real time amplification curve, and quantitative detection for unknown samples can be realized through the threshold cycle value (CT value).

【INTENDED USE】
This kit is applicable to quantitative detection of Fusion Gene BCR-ABL expression in hematological system tumors such as chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML) and acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), etc., which has great guiding significance for clinical identification diagnosis, monitoring minimal residual disease relapse and evaluation of chemotherapy treatment effect, etc. The result is for clinical reference only, should not be a basis for making a final diagnosis or for discarding cases.

【PRINCIPLE】
According to Fusion Gene BCR-ABL and control gene TBP, this kit respectively designs specific primer and specific fluorescence probe of both genes, fitted with components of BCR-ABL reaction solution, TBP reaction solution, RT-PCR enzyme mixture, etc. Directly uses RNA as a template for in vitro amplification with PCR-Fluorescence technology to detect Fusion Gene BCR-ABL mRNA expression levels.
