VicTorch Meditek, Inc. established in 1999, is a San Diego, California based manufacturer of in vitro medical diagnostics that provides a wide variety of products to customers worldwide. Our product lines include rapid Gold Assays and Elisa test kits for human hormones, drugs of abuse, cancer markers and infectious diseases. This variety of products and formats allows the customer with choices to best fit their testing requirements and needs. VicTorch Meditek produces finished kits or will manufacture these tests as OEM products under contract, for our customers. Our contract manufacturing capabilities provide our OEM customers with high quality products while saving them significant operational costs.

VicTorch Meditek has a joint venture with China Tianjin Sanda Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. This partnership utilizes a 10,000+ square foot GMP manufacturing facility in China which allows for more efficient production of some of VicTorch Meditek’s products. VicTorch Meditek customers realize the benefits of this partnership with bigger profit margins.

This partnership also allows us to bring the most urgently needed tests, such as our recently released rapid Gold Assay screening test for HIV 1&2, to market more quickly. This screening test has the ability to type HIV virus from either a serum or whole blood and has passed serial control panels. It has also been sited by three clinical studies for its sensitivity and accuracy.
