Spine and neurosurgery products have been manufactured since 2006.
Mikron Spinal Fixation System is designed to provide immobilization and
stabilization as spinal segments as an adjunct to fusion of the cervical, thoracic,
lumbar and/or sacral spine. It is used for the treatment, the stabilization and
defects on the spine.
Mikron Spinal Fixation System is the next generation in top-loading, top-tightening
systems that support a spine for optimal deformity correction. Deformity
correction requires a comprehensive selection of implants and well-designed
instruments.
Thus, Mikron Spinal Fixation System has a wide and high-quality series of implants
that support anterior&posterior corrective techniques.
It consists of surgically long-term use and implantable devices, different sizes of
polyaxial self-tapping pedicle screws, rods in symmetric, bilateral arrangement
and setscrews for rod connection. Mikron Spinal Fixation System is created in
sufficient range and specifications.

Founded in 1982 and registered under the name of Mikron Makina San. ve Tic.Ltd.Şti. in 1994, our company is engaged in the manufacturing of parts with the machining method for Electronics & Aerospace, Medical and Automotive sub-industries.

With 22 white collar workers and more than 160 employees, Mikron Makina fulfills the requirements of AS9100, ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and TS EN ISO 13485 according to the sectors worked, in a closed area of 10.000 m² and open area of 8.000 m² at three different premises.

In compliance with legal and regional regulations and with FDA approved screw group, Mikron Makina fulfills the requirements of ISO 13485 and manufactures medical implants (Spine and Trauma Solutions).
Production

With approximately 40 years of its production experience, Mikron Makina performs production with the machining method by using the most up to date technology, machineries and equipment.

In the production processes where customer requirements are a priority, quality and on-time delivery are prioritized and we continuously strive for improvement in this key area of our business.

With its engineering staff, it is able to realize production and logistics management according to process planning, 3D modeling, fixture design-production and customer technical documents.

In addition to machining in medical production processes, anodizing and ultrasonic washing processes are carried out and validation studies are carried out for all special processes performed.

Production processes are stored in the corporate memory with Canias ERP.

Quality Control

Mikron Makina carries out the control of the products produced during the quality control process in the controlled areas with the existing 3-dimensional measurement devices.

With our 4 CMM devices and all necessary quality control devices, the necessary controls are provided for at every stage of production and quality control processes are taken into the corporate memory with Canias ERP within the company and we can respond quickly to our customers in the process of providing retrospective information.

Assembly

Mikron Makina, with its assembly team, carries out the assembly processes of the parts provided or supplied by the customer. It also designs, realizes and reports the tests requested by the customer for the completed products.
